We’re launching our Residential Door-to-Door Sales Team and building it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with leadership, and grow fast as this division expands. We’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want more than just a job — people who want to win, earn, and build something.

You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new residential customers through door-to-door outreach
  • Build your own pipeline and manage your territory
  • Educate homeowners and guide them through the process
  • Own your schedule, activity, and results
  • Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Average first-year earnings: $60,000-$80,000 (W2)
  • Strong first-year performers: $100,000+
  • Top performers (Year 2): $120,000-$140,000+
  • Uncapped commissions (average $225 per sale) paid semi-monthly
